Overview
Buying a house usually means committing a large sum long before the building exists. Listings are verified before they are published, and search is organised around what actually varies — location, price and unit availability.
The escrow flow is where trust is enforced. Payment is not a single event but a long-lived, partially complete instrument, so the interesting work is state modelling: what a buyer can see and do at each release stage, all reporting into one transaction record.
