EverPro Shipping

Merchant shipping operations platform

EverPro Shipping is where Evermos merchants create instant, regular and bulk shipments, compare courier rates, track undelivered parcels, file claims and top up their shipping wallet. I own its frontend, and moved the original Vue iframe screens to native React routes that share one design system, runtime config and tracking layer with the rest of EverPro.

Overview

The screens originally shipped as Vue applications embedded through iframes inside the host shell. That hid two routing models, two state models and two design systems behind one URL bar — and made the pages merchants touch most the slowest to paint.

I migrated it with a strangler pattern: new server-rendered App Router routes live alongside the remaining iframe pages and navigate consistently with them, so merchants never see a big-bang cutover. Because the app lives in a Turborepo monorepo, the new routes inherit the shared uikit, tracker and runtime config instead of forking them.

Key achievements

  • Rebuilt shipping-rate, claim, ticketing and undelivery flows as server-rendered App Router routes
  • Shipped bulk-order courier recommendation behind GrowthBook flags for a gradual rollout
  • Instrumented new flows through the shared tracking layer
  • Covered core flows with Playwright E2E tests — page objects, shared fixtures, sharded CI
